About this site
I’m Qihang Guo (郭启航), a software engineer in Hefei. I made this site so more first-time visitors can come here on their own — and see the country as it actually is, not as a tour itinerary.
How I write
The hard part of a first trip is rarely the sights. It is the guessing: whether you need a visa, how to pay, which train app works with a foreign passport, how to get online before you land. I write those pieces down and check them against official sources — visa centres, the National Immigration Administration, 12306. The date at the top of a guide is when those facts were last verified.
How this site is funded
Independent. I don’t sell tours, process visas, or rank products because someone paid. If a guide later includes a booking link that earns a commission, it will sit after the conclusion — and the conclusion will still be whatever actually works.
